A horse beside you that reads your client better than any intake form, and a kid who wouldn't say a word in a therapy room, chatting away while they brush a pony.

That's the work. We're building a community of counsellors to do it, and the clients are already asking for it.
What the work is
Ground-based equine assisted therapy, no riding.
Real counselling methodology (ACT, CBT, evidence-based), delivered outdoors with movement, with the horse as an honest, in-the-moment feedback loop.
Most clients are kids and young people with autism, ADHD and anxiety who never connected with a therapy room.
What you'd get
A part-time chair at a partner property, with clients supplied by us. We handle marketing, enquiries, bookings, billing and admin.
A named method, with the worksheets and standards behind it.
Training with horses, and a certification pathway that ends with you delivering as a Berkman Academy Certified Practitioner.​

4. If successful, we train you to deliver the Berkman Method.

6. We make the introduction, get you settled and handover.

7. You lead our second Berkman Academy location.
