What the horses see when your team arrives

A corporate group arrived recently and spent a few minutes at the fence, watching the horses and trying to figure them out.

The horses were doing exactly the same thing back.

The difference was the horses weren't pretending they weren't.

That's usually the moment something shifts. When you realise the feedback is real, honest, and has no interest in your job title.
