  • Teens and adults who prefer a quieter, conversation-based counselling in nature

How it works

The same action-based approach as everywhere at Berkman Academy: outdoors, moving, working on the ground with horses rather than relying on talk alone. You might lead or observe the horses, learn to read body language and walk and connect with nature. A horse reacts straight away to how calm or tense you are, which makes it easier to practise staying settled. No riding. No horse experience is needed.
