Property and Horse Owners Opportunity:
Berkman Academy's equine assisted therapy counsellors work with kids, teens and adults who never clicked with talk therapy.
The work involves horse grooming, leading and light groundwork, and it pays per hour.
We're growing and looking for more locations and horses to be teachers to our clients.

How it works
Our process involves:
1. Click on the right button to download the info pack.
2. If you're interested to understand more, we move to a 30min video call. Here we can explain everything, go over the details and ask questions.
3. We come for a property and horse visit. You check we're legit and know how to handle horses. We assess your horse and the property.
4. If we agree to trial, we start small. One or two clients, for an hour or two a week. You earn from the very first session, paid on the hours worked. No monthly fees, no lock-in contract, no commitment.
5. A qualified counsellor runs every session, fully insured, with a Working with Children Check.
We look properly at every horse before it works a day, and horse welfare is always the priority.
We handle the clients, the bookings and the billing.
